Shipping Policy

Due to being a single-man operation, the customer-support abilities through this website are limited. If your questions are not answered here, feel free to contact me at seekingauthenticitybook@gmail.com!

When should you expect your order to ship out? I will try my best to ship out all orders within 1 to 5 business days of the date purchased.

When will you receive your order? Once again, I will do my best to get things out in a timely fashion. After delivering to the shipping service, there is no control on how long it will take to get to the final destination. In the US, a rough estimate is between 3 - 30 days.

 

Can you order from outside the US? At this time, I cannot personally sell copies from this website abroad. If you are outside of the United States and would like a copy, please order it at amazon.com!

The address provided to me upon checkout is what I will use when fulfilling your orders.  From there, I hand it over to the shipping service and it is the responsibility of UPS/USPS to deliver it to you.  I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  If there is an issue regarding lost or stolen mail, UPS/USPS should be contacted - not Flint Mitchell / Seeking Authenticity.

Flint Mitchell / Seeking Authenticity does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported delivered, lost, or stolen by the carrier.

If it is found that you are eligible for new replacement due to damage, then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for buying a copy of Seeking Authenticity! I really hope it has something positive for you in it.

Unfortunately, since the copies sold through this website are customized with a signature and / or note to the buyer, I cannot accept returns or give refunds for them. All sales on this website are final and there are no returns or exchanges.  (That does not include buying books through amazon!)

If for some reason your item was received damaged, broken, or unusable, please send me photographed proof of the

problem as well as the packing slip to seekingauthenticitybook@gmail.com.  I also require you to send me your order number and contact information so I can further assist you. Please do not send your purchase back to the original sender.
